Get help with Agent Rooms.

The quickest way to get help is a GitHub issue, with a short form already filled in.

What to include

  • What happened: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • When: the time it happened, with your time zone.
  • Where: your computer’s system (macOS, Linux or Windows) and your browser.
  • For a computer: the output of agentrooms doctor. Read it first and remove anything private.

Is it working?

Open app.agentrooms.io. If it doesn’t load, open an issue and we’ll look into it.

On a computer, agentrooms status shows its pairing, and agentrooms doctor checks its setup and says how to fix each problem.

Delete your account

  1. Sign in at app.agentrooms.io/account. You can download your data there first.
  2. Under Delete account, type to confirm, then choose Delete my account.

This deletes your account right away: the workspaces only you own, with their computers, sessions, history and workflow runs, plus your phones’ access and your invite. It can’t be undone, and you’d need a new invite to come back.

Each computer’s connector then stops by itself within the hour. To remove it from a computer now, run agentrooms unlink --remove there.

The hub’s backups keep a copy for up to 31 days and its request log for up to 7 days. If a backup is ever restored, your account is deleted again first.
